Topolanek to Obama: "Brilliant speech"

"Brilliant speech," says the Czech Prime Minister - in office - Mirek Topolanek, as he meetss US President Barack Obama ahead of the EU-US sumimit in Prague.

The Czech Republic currently holds the rotating presidency of the European Union, which means its government gets to represent the EU in international meetings. Topolanek's government recently was brought down by the opposition.
