iPhone 3.1 Update and Downgrade to 3.0 instructions

i updateted my phone to 3.1 and people was sayin that there was video for the 3g but there isnt the,mms dsnt work but att will suport it later but is just the same as 3.0.....

1 RESTORE BACK TO 3.1(AN ERROR IS GONNA COME UP BUT IS FINE
2 OPEN UP QUICKPWN 2.2
3 THEN IS DONE YOU GOT 3.0 BACK JAILBREAK IF YOU WANT
