lol Im amazed that this was even legal. To be honest the 3.0 X5 on a street race would DESTROY the ford edge.

lol its funny how there comparing a 2009 Ford Edge to a 2000 BMW X5 3.0

Any 4.4 X5 would destory the ford edge....

what probably happened is they pin the fastest Edge model against the slowest X5 model.. maybe, i can't say for sure.

im not against the edge but beating a 3.0 x5 in acceleration is no merit anyway for the price is a good comparison

They're comparing an older generation X5 vs a brand new top of the line ford edge, obviously they can say what they want. I see american brands are still doing the same thing, thinking that if they make a big fast car people will think it's better than a BMW. No chance.

BMW has 4 years of free scheduled maintanence, and the X5 is made in S. Carolina. Does Fix Or Repair Daily have 4 yrs. of free maint.?
