Escalation with Iran? Ask your Senator to Vote No

The Senate is scheduled to vote as early as Tuesday, September 25, on an amendment that, if passed, would dangerously escalate our government's conflict with Iran.

Can you contact your Senators and ask them to vote against the Kyl-Lieberman amendment on Iran?

The Kyl-Lieberman amendment, if passed, would put the Senate on the record supporting the "use of all instruments of United States national power in Iraq," including military force, to "combat, contain, and roll back" Iran's influence in Iraq.

  • If one day, the Islamic world is also equipped with weapons like those that Israel possesses now, then the imperialists' strategy will reach a standstill because the use of even one nuclear bomb inside Israel will destroy everything. However, it will only harm the Islamic world. It is not irrational to contemplate such an eventuality. • This why the 2nd amendment and RON PAUL is needed. Please come view/rate our Ron Paul vids ;-)

  • Kyl-Lieberman already passed today, 78-22. I'm not sure if it was technically a "bill." It was Kyl-Lieberman Amendment No. 3017 to the Fiscal Year 2008 Defense Authorization bill. I think the authorization to "roll back" the "terrorists in paragraph 3 will be interpreted to mean "roll back to Tehran," i.e. attack other countries.

  • until it is no longer "profitable" for those in charge of this country to wage war, the wars will be endless... there is no two party system in this country, they are two sides of the same coin... AMERICANS need to push for a law that makes it a Capital Crime to profit from WAR... killing for profit is murder in the highest degree...!!! Stop the Profit and you end the war...

  • This is why America needs Ron Paul as president.

  • If you click on the link in the vid description, there is another link ("Kyl-Lieberman Amendment on Iran"). From there, you could download the entire amendment, which is in a .doc format; however, they do highlight the important parts.

  • good to have you back and thanks for your hard work and dedicatons. most US senates are sold out to corporate America.
