every decade or so we find bones of intelligent humans (African) judging by the items found with them, the only "proof" there is that says we were ever apes. is by deduction and the scientific method of analysis.though it is safe to say that the longest reign of substantive intelligent arts came out of Africa. never in the history of man have one group of people been more plagiarized, admired, deified and then vilified than that of Mother Africa

Sorry Frank, we as Africans have had martial arts, ancient martial arts, but Chinese martial arts are distinctly Chinese. If we see the outer similarity and think that it is African, then we clearly don't understand Chinese martial arts. We do not have to be the originators of everything to be great.

i studied and trained in wing chun for awhile and i have to say that some of the movements in this art are similiar and somewhat economical..they can also be used in chi sao and trapping
