This is clip 2 of 8 for this video. The developers of the Quail Meadow subdivision incorporated about 10 acres of natural land preserve in their design. They enhanced an existing pond to act as their stormwater management facility. A series of wetlands were installed to filter nutrients from stormwater so the water would be as clean as possible before being discharged back into local streams. The homebuyer perceives value from an environmentally friendly neighborhood such as this.
