Simple solution, Take the laptop/computer out of the kids bedroom and put it into the kitchen or living room so you can watch your kids all the time while there on the computer. Problem is the parents not the internet.

lawl. The difference between porn today and porn thirty years ago is that Kids no longer have to steal porn magazines from convenience stores or from their parents.
You know what's really easy to do? Get a router, add key words to the block list.

Why doesn't this woman take responsibility and actually parent her child like she's suppose to, without jumping off the rails and blaming the internet and making it a one sided story so people will want the internet controlled, like it is in China.
If your kids don't listen, punish them...let them know that they shouldn't view anything x-rated until they are old enough to realize what their viewing. Teach your child the difference between wrong and right instead of complaining all the time.
