Whether you are for or against union, I think employees should at least get to choose whether they want union representation. The way walmart is not, the second someone even says union, they just fire everyone. I wouldn't join a union myself but I wasn't treated well as a wal-mart associate either.

Unions...what did they ever do? Weekends Annual Leave Sick leave materinty leave Occupational health and safety Workers Compensation Setting minimum wages and fighting to have over and above wage increases uniting the workers above all, to become part of a force as strong as the employer, if not stronger. Union dues are tax deductable. unions are about people, like you and me. Workers should share in the profits of hard work. The unions do alot behind-the-scenes. All for your benefit!
