CIPD's Introduction to Organisational Behaviour a discussion with Dr Michael Butler, Co Editor

A gap has opened up between employer need and the supply of graduates form universities. Aston Business School is addressing this vital issue, at a time when the global economy needs the best young minds. When the CIPD (the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) approached Dr. Michael Butler to edit a new text book, 'Introduction to Organisational Behaviour', they worked together to create a New Model of Learning blending employability skills, international focus and multimedia elements.
