A horrible choice of pan for an omelet. Teflon is the only option, 8 ", prepped with drawn butter.

I prefer using a plastic (no metal or wood) utensils as I wonder about the metal utensil pulling up the pantina. I also hate that sound of metal on metal as it sounds like fingernails on a chalkboard.
