  • @99zxcv9 lol depends how well seasoned the cast iron is

  • A horrible choice of pan for an omelet. Teflon is the only option, 8 ", prepped with drawn butter.

  • I prefer using a plastic (no metal or wood) utensils as I wonder about the metal utensil pulling up the pantina. I also hate that sound of metal on metal as it sounds like fingernails on a chalkboard.

  • wow your cast iron owns. mine is taking forever to get it that seasoned :(
