  • Seriously? How will "one gun a month" keep criminals from getting guns?

  • There's no such thing as 'reasonable' gun control. Ignore the Second Amendment. for a moment. This is the governemt regulating what you can and cannot buy, when and from who. Such limitations, whether they are on guns or groceries, are inherntly unjust, and a destruction of basic human decision making. This gun law, like all others before it, will punish the innocent and change nothing for the guilty.

These supporters shall soon find themselves on the black list, I am sure.

  • @robbjackson06 some criminals will always find a way. But to say all criminals are the same is like saying all gun owners are the same. This law would make it more difficult for gun traffickers to find places to stock up on guns to sell on the streets. Some will drive up to NH or find other ways to get around that, but some won't. Fewer sellers on the street mean the price will be higher on the street, and again, some will pay a higher price, but some kids may not have the money.

I want to take a moment to thank the thoughtful gun owners who've expressed concern that the woman shooting isn't wearing protective gear. You're right, and I'm extremely impressed with your attention to safety procedures.

Now, if we can extend that level of concern to the young people and families suffering at the hands of an illegally trafficked gun, I think we're on to something!

  • Thank you for supporting reasonable limitations to prevent crime!
