all you guys that want to supercharge your 4.7L have no idea what is involved, these motor can not handle any boost unless they are built believe me after blow the piston rings out of the exhaust valves on 2 stock 4.7's with my paxton setup i know, build your bottom end first then worry about supercharging it or i promise u will regret it,,,

I just have to say. That start-up is probably the most awesome thing I've heard. From the starter, to the charger whine, to the exhaust. Jesus.

Air fuel was 12:1 and the boost was 8-9 pounds,

I don't think the Kenne Bell will work but I believe there's someone running a Paxton kit on a HO

Real nice... are you running a stock bottom end or have you done anything to it. What PSI are you running? We are working on a Whipple charger kit for the 4.7L... We are looking to run 13PSI street and 17PSI at the track...
Sounds real nice.
