this workout is the best!! :D I've Been searching for an exercise that can help my butt. i love that there short exercises that arent that hard and its like there no effort put into it! Thanks Tammy!!

I've been doing this for one complete year now. I am 51 and Asian. Thank you, Tammy I love the workouts. Yes, 3 times a week is for me.

@yezz999 maybe do like 3 sets 3 times a week, no need to overdo stuff. However, don't forget to mind your diet so that the fat covering your abs will vanish,
