I use a high frequency, low fatigue, reactive system for Bench Press. Basically, I bench 4 times per week, training only one-two movements per day.

@PWRLFTR242 you bench 4 times a week? Thats 3 days to many man, you need the proper recovery and its not the best idea to be touching that much in a shirt unless its just for training.

@SmelterCityAssholes / Thats a limited approach to training. Benching 4x per week took my drug free and drug tested bench to well over 600lbs in competition. I am not doing a whole lot of work each day. Just took 2 days of work and spread it out over 4. So its no more work than the regular lifter. Only difference is that it is easier for me to recover since I am not fatiguing much during workouts. OBEY THE LAW...The LAW of individual differences. No 2 people can and should train the same.
