I have the verse right before that, which they turned into a solo for our version. The one about soft summer nights. I was really urprised I got it, I tried out for fun. Not complaining though.
<3 this song. We're singing it in my choir. The alto presence is nice in the 4 parts. I think the soloist's vowels could be a bit taller, though. Other than that, this is a really good performance.
Solest had very good vowels and r's but they took too many breaths in the first solo they did. At the part where say say "And if they catch nothing, they never complain" that should be no breath. Good job though

we are just having the solos for an alto split up so not acutally on person is singing it half the altos are
they made it really complicated

im a seprano in an accappella choir and singing this song, it does not sound as flat as this i can assure you . but wel done
