Let's Play Solar Jetman - 06 - Planet Side Dish

Actually it's Corso Qwero. So yeah, Planet Side Dish. Gotta love this new ship, especially once I figure out how to make it go!

DC's ultimate sandwich recipe:
1. Get two slices of your favorite bread. I know white is delicious and all, but do what's right for you. In my case, honey-wheat. Dang good stuff.
2. Get some spicy turkey. I've seen Salsalito turkey, garlic/herb turkey, and plenty of other spicy turkey's. If you've got plain, spice it yourself! I recommend Old Bay if you've got it or something comparable, or Red Robin seasoning.
3. No mayo. Mayo's gonna kill ya. You want something spicy. Mustard! Go with deli mustard if ya got it! Horseradish is a plus. Try and steer clear of honey mustard.
4. You're gonna need cheese. Swiss is a good standby, and provolone does well in a pinch. But if you really want this sandwich to shine, pick up some Muenster! None of the bland stuff, go with Boar's Head or other good name brands.
5. Layer the sandwich as follows: Bread - Mustard -Turkey (3 slices!) - Muenster (2-3 slices) - Mustard (heck yes 2 layers of mustard) - Turkey (3 slices again) - Bread. If you're throwing in additional spices, add them in with the mustard layer.
And this? This makes a dang good sandwich.

That sandwich sounds really good. I like southwestern turkey and cheese I’ve done that before but I haven't tried it with mustard. Now I know what I'm make myself for lunch!
