  • @WestSideFreedom you have to keep your knees slighty bent otherwise you risk knee ligament injuries

  • Quick question... Why do you have to have your knees slighty bent? Ive been doing this for a while WITHOUT it bent & seemed to be working just fine?

  • @DennisUsic23 of course it'll help bro. Been doing these, wall squats, & just jumping for 6 months and got 12 inches on my vert:) Im 5'8 and can touch 9'9 & have a 31 in. vert running
