@WestSideFreedom you have to keep your knees slighty bent otherwise you risk knee ligament injuries

LOL. I did this for 10 minutes straight and i haven't been able to walk properly for 5 days now :)

and after a while i get cramps(( just hate it, good exercise but cant keep up doing for a long time!!

Quick question... Why do you have to have your knees slighty bent? Ive been doing this for a while WITHOUT it bent & seemed to be working just fine?

@DennisUsic23 of course it'll help bro. Been doing these, wall squats, & just jumping for 6 months and got 12 inches on my vert:) Im 5'8 and can touch 9'9 & have a 31 in. vert running
