I don't get it. In the manga he (Mr. Heart, or Hato-sama as the japanese call him) had the K symbol on his head, K standing for King (Shin's alias). Why does he have J in the anime? And what does J stand for? Shin is still called King in the anime...

Mr Heart is funny, but i'm glad Kenshiro kicks his ass.

Of course, he seems civil enough...but he goes batshit insane when he sees his own blood.

Better than Leona's description.

That club thing is one of his super moves in the game.
When I first saw that episode I thought "Hey, maybe that Mr. Heart might actually be a friendly person!" Well yes... Then he started to kill everybody because he saw his own blood...
Yeah that was unexpected.
Hokuto no Ken is one of the best shows I have ever seen.

Mr. Heart's English voice sounded somewhat monstrous. While his Japanese voice sounds traditionally humanish. And of course, he may seem like a gentleman at first, but he's still a very dangerous wacko as he clearly shows here.
