@Annihilator1111 The T/C was assembled in Wixom, MI until the plant closed in 2007. They moved Town Car production to St. Thomas, Canada, where the Grand Marquis and Crown Vic were still produced...before retiring the platform altogether this past year.

I had a 1990 Town Car when it was 10 years old and had 75,000 miles on it.
It was by far one of the best cars I ever owned. I sold it at 135,000 and it was still going strong.
This was Motor Trend's car of the year in 1990. In 1991 it was the 'whale body' Chevy Caprice.

lincoln mercury guy here! too bad, the '91 on town cars did not retain the unique, 1990 only chrome bumpers.

ford was stupid to kill the town car and not replace it with something on the same lines. They killed their limo sales by doing that.
