  • I repaired and maintained those suckers ... Well no Fuji, but a panasonic, and a few siemens machines ...

  • Small parts have so little mass they aren't a problem, but if you don't program the macine right the larger parts will fly off. They place tall and heavy components last and slow the x/y table's acceleration. You can see things slow down near the end, that's so the x/y table can move slower.

  • @chechnya you answered your own question really.. solder paste is very good at what its supposed to do.

  • I know the components sit in the solder paste but still.. how do they not fly off after being jerked around?
