just got back from this hotel,yea great location but the worst hotel i have ever been to.Reception was always full of people,it took ages to get into the lift and my room was freezing . At the end of my stay i was unluky to have left some personal property in the room,so i rang the hotel to see if they had found my stuff only to be told the staff had gone home and they would ring me back the next day.That place is just a joke:(
