It´s funny haw they kept mounting these o-rings without the plastic sleeve.
I beleive it´s an old invention to use the sleeves.

@jboydmv90 Yep, we see several of these a month. Often the rear cover is broken as well, I assume from the STC giving under high pump pressure, and shooting itself into the cover.
