@SheriRoushdy Stress was the biggest factor creating my cysts. Taking antacids helped some but probiotics eliminated the cysts. One friend took a food sensitivity test which said she is highly sensitive to coffee. She stopped drinking coffee and her skin cleared. If she drinks it her cysts return by morning. A friend from college developed cyst acne all over neck. She discovered dairy was the cause by eliminating it from her diet for a week. Today when she eats any dairy her cysts return.
@SheriRoushdy Take a washcloth and run one half of it under super super hot water. Like the water has to be steaming hot. then grab the end of it thats not wet and take the part thats wet and super hot and press that part against your cyst. make sure you arent touching your unaffected part of your skin with the hot cloth or it will burn you. keep teh super hot cloth touching you cyst and after 30 min. or so it should pop and tehn you gotta squeeze it to get all that crap outa it. Hope this helps

Cystic acne occurs from the inside out as this video said. Taking over-the-counter probiotics eliminated my cysts in on eto two days. Now that I know their cause I don't get them anymore. My friend Lori just gave me a video testimonial on my channel about how eliminating coffee from her diet healed her skin.
i just waited with out playing with it . and it was gone :D so happy .

@kevinxgtr did you try a heating pad ?
I was dealing with one on the lower region and my doctor suggested a heating pad.
Keep a warm pad on for no more than 5 minutes, or 10.
