  • Awesome routine!!

  • Did this workout today. Did 1x10 on the burpees because honestly, never done a burpee + a roll with one leg suspended. The rest of the exercises I did in groupings of 3 for 2x10 each exercise! Great workout! Attacks upper body & hip/explosive very well!
