I guess sillyness can only go so far, but for this, I might have to use something innocent looking to humiliate these big scary cheese-heads, because here, in Wisconsin, is the land of the cheese-heads, the big cheese, the cheese king, California being the cheese queen, and these guys are going to chew my head off till the cows come home. ...I have no idea what I just said.
Anyway, this time I am going to use something a little less cheap than the BullDozer/War Tank Zonu, or FreezingInferno NXC Tronne Bone (Forgot how to spell that), the ultimate 1-Hit Ko Supers GBA King Gidorah, or even the Instawin A-Bomb. This guy however is still good fighting cheep characters. I am going to use... the ferret from the last video.
Cheap: One super is un-dodgeable, but blockable, the other is un-blockable, but dodgeable. Strikers 1 and 3 can be cheap if used correctly. Hard AI that is cheep.
Fair: Strikers aren't spammable, load time before you can use a Striker again, Supers hit hard, but deal a more fair ammount of damadge than some other characters supers. Easy AI that is just tough.
He will be going against these four cheese-heads.
Shao Kahn (Kazmer): This guy's really only that cheap torawrds tall characters, but he is still agressive, and likes to spam some of his moves.
Dark Lee Recca (Pizzaman): This guy was origonally going to be used in Super Attack of the Retards, but I found him more cheep than retarded, so I used him here instead. Anyway, in his normal mode, he is... not that tough, but he can power up without any MP, which he did in the beginning of the round, then he gets cheap. He can also power up AGAIN without using up his magic, and he has a shadow clone helping him. That's when he gets SUPER cheap. Fortunately, he didn't do that.
Ryugen: I know he's supposed to be a boss character, but it's not like you can't be bosslike WITHOUT being cheap. For example, Apocalypse is a boss character, and he is just tough. G Akiha is just tough as well. I hate it when people think a boss has to be cheap tough. Anyway, this guy can use a laser attack at anytime, which is almost a garunteed hit. He also has one super that he will NOT stop using untill you let your guard down, and it takes up the entire screen. You might as well just take it, blocking it will do you more harm than good.
Guts: This guy is the Grande Queso of the video. He is basically like Guthor's Sephiroth. Long-ass sword, cheap supers, one is almost an insta kill, and he can easily juggle you in the air. I am not sure what anime this guy is from, I'll have to look it up.
Stage: Dragon Stage (Ragnagard)
BGM: The Game (Motor Head)
Side Note: Kim Dong Hwan might be joining my team if I come back to mugen.
That's the shao khan i was talking about. That ferret is cheap! He put's evil ken to shame

The ferret is pretty cheap, to be honest. His easy AI isn't too bad, but his hard AI is a monster. At least the person tried to tone down on the cheapness, though.
What I find wierd about Shao Kahn is that he can pull off Fatalaties in the Mugen Character, but he couldn't pull them off in the game. Also, his Finish Him screen glitches up more often than not.
