ah ok, and does the controller get sticky from the paint, or do you put like some coating over it to make it not sticky

oh my i painted my buttons white with spray paint and over time they rub off D: and im worried i got paint on the board on the side where u got those analog sticks its been about over a week or so and no problems so far will it be fine? im scared!

DOnt paint your actual controler .. buy a cheap one of ebay or something so you dont break it

see i just got my controller done painting and well i forgot to mask the buttons so i had 2 carve the start,back,guide buttons so take it apart,mask the buttons,spray first color,put design on,spray second color,put clear coat,wait about 1 week befor even thinking about touching it, reassemble it,play the shit out of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah i was kinda worried about that as well. but its easy to disassemble it, and the buttons work 100% fine. Dont tape the controller, take it apart, that way you dont get paint on the internals. its too risky. but if you take it all apart, you should be 100% fine. it takes like 5 - 10 minutes to take apart completely . same with re assembly.
