  • i wonder, if because of this susution, if poeple in other countries pay captial gains tax?? anyone have a answer to that??

  • Capital gains tax has nothing to do with the current situation no matter if you are US based or foreigner. To get best answer for your specific situation please consult a tax expert.

  • Wow! This is a great explanation of how the US mortgages differ from other countries. I am now finally able to understand it and explain it to my non-US friends/family.
