  • Thanks for comments. Of course there are far better chunners than me out there! Templar, that is great chinning! Yes, I work everything. I think you are correct in what you say. Cheers

  • damn.yo could u plzz tell me what that song is and who sings it ^_^

  • Yes, it's from Final Fantasy 7 soundtrack. Can't remember if it's Sephiroth's Theme?

  • Great Job! How many times a week do you work with chinups?

  • Thanks. I have done all my best stuff when training them twice a week. Not necessarily both sessions heavy though.

  • Thanks! Nice to see comments that aren't offensive or negative.I know there are much better chinners out there. It was a pain in the @ss trying to sync the music - had to use my mp3 to time it right. Still, it almost worked...

  • @beratio In this video he is going for Maximal strength

  • @mrdiko what goal is that then ?

  • @beratio It all depends on the goal.

  • u know what i dont get , people that ad weight but they can only do til 3 and probably they cant do 20 with their own weight u should upgrade if you can do 50

  • now thats a sweet weighted chinup! :) im just under you by 5kgs check my vid out and see what you think

  • how many chin ups can u do without strapped weight, im 120 pounds and i can do 20

  • Train your back only once a week. I can chin 50 kg 4 times and do it once a week without any performance loss. When I was doing it twice, my back was overtrained and didn't progress much. Nowadays I can do 8 at 40 kg, 4 at 50 kg and 1 at 60 kg. I assume you work you chest and legs too. If you work only your back, maybe twice is okay.

  • Nice & Clean, great job!

  • thats ace bro i tryed 40kg today and i can get my noise just past the bar am so close good inspiration my freind keep it up!

    peace
