In Family Court if it comes out of a alleged victims mouth it's considered evidence. Try to prove that you didn't do something. This is why in criminal cases in criminal courts the burden of proof is on the prosecution. In family court you can be convicted and sentenced for a year without getting the option of a trial by jury. In Delaware the proceedings are closed you can't even bring someone with you for moral support. Changes need to be made in family court systems across America. In Indianapolis, IN. I just had a family court order that I am not allowed to store my legally owned firearms in my home. The judge said she don't like the idea of a gun in the home where a teenage boy lives because IF he tried to get that firearm and hurt himself then the judge's face would be on TV. By the way, I have no criminal record, no violence, no drug or alcohol abuse history, no mental illness history. I just have a "republican" judge that ignored the constitution and the law.

A generation ago domestic abuse was usually ignored. Now the pendulum has swung so far in the other direction that innocent men (and some women) are being abused by false allegations.
