This is a rental ad i threw together. If you don't want an apt in tempe az, then ignore it.
There will be 3 room available for rent (1 in January 1st, 2 in February 1st) in a town house less than half a mile away from asu.
These rooms will be very sought-after due to their location, convienience, and quality. If you're interested, you should probably check it out sooner rather than later. (Even with 3 rooms available, they should be snatched up pretty quickly.

The Townhouse:
This small collection of townhouses is quiet with easy access inside a high community wall. Our townhouse is 3 stories (around 3k square feet) with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bath. There are two livingrooms and a full sized kitchen, laundry facilities, and two carports.

College Accessability:
This house caters mostly to ASU students (MCC also) because its so close to asu. You can see above on the map. I bike to ASU in 5 minutes. Its convinient enough that I can come back between classes for a quick lunch break. That means a 5 minute bike ride in the summer to use asu's huge swimming pool (luckily its located on the south side). I'm sure you could drive also, but why would you want to?
Cars:
This house only has two carports. If more than 2 people want to park, our rule is that first come first serve. Ofcourse we'd be willing to work out an arrangement if our schedules permit. If not, there are plenty of other spots available either in the center of the town house circle, or in the apt complex right next door (worst case).
Rent:
You would be signing on to our lease. This means everyone in the house is responsible for everyone else. Our lease ends this coming summer (at which point it'll be month to month). The good news is that if you need to move out, you have only to find someone else to take over your lease. With the attractive features of this house, I don't think you'd have trouble doing that.
Signing on to the lease means you must have good credit. If not, you must have someone co-sign (usually a parent). A background check is done as well as a credit check.
All rent is paid on the 1st of the month along with utilities. Utilities are paid first, then rent. No excuses. If you have money troubles, then don't apply. Its not fair to the other renters who pay on time to have someone mess things up over their own personal problems.
You:
We are looking for someone responsible and considerate. This is, after all, a student house, so people will need to study and work on projects.
Important: If you have any criminal history, financial uncertainties, or even a bad atttitude, then don't bother contacting us. All rent must be paid on time. We don't want any problems. This includes rent problems, drama problems, damage problems (ie excessivly unclean).
Conclusion:
