, I have had the phones in my house for 2 years , they constantly switch theirselves off and on and are very unreliable .BUT READ THIS .Last week i had an incoming call on skype it rang once and then hung up , 5 minutes later the same thing happened again , thought no more of it until i checked my email and found 3 emails from paypal saying they had topped up my credit 3 times at 23 pounds per time . within 1 hour my phone had used 69 pounds worth of credit THIS PHONE HAS BEEN HACKED!

@nicos808 Sorry it was NOT a good experience. I threw it away. I will never buy hardware from Skype or so-called Skype approved dealers again. I now use Skype on the iPhone with wifi. Works like a dream.

@sevenyearsago Agreed. I have this phone and it's reliability has been hit and miss. The company had to replace the first model within a month of purchasing it. I don't recommend this at all.

I actually have the same phone of topcom wich i think is cheaper version or so but its exactly the same and i've never found any problems with my phone. i call every night about 5-7 hours with it and only thing i've ran into is that i need to get new batteries every month as they stop charging to full power within a month wich is no surprise with so much hours on the phone :)

The customer relations of both Skype and Dualphone are APPALLING. All they are interested in is selling handsets.

After 3 weeks of being given the runaround between Skype & DualPhone over a fault that developed after 10 months, I have now given up and won't be buying anything from the Skype shop or DualPhone again.

My advice would be to avoid buying that handset and stick to one of the larger more respectable manufacturers.
