ok, the frekain dog was attacking the BUBBLES, not the kid. I have two dobermans k? they're the sweetest most loyal things ever. i love dobermans. they're a wonderful breed of dogs.

@outOFthePITT The Choke Chain is a training device (not really meant as a permant collar, as if the dog has it on while unsupervised it can get caught and strangle the dog), that's meant to provide consequence for bad behavior. When pulled taught, it tightens around the throat, when slacked (if it's on properly) it will release pressure on the throat. The chain is meant to be used in firm pops that scold for bad behavior. In the right hands, it's a wonderful device that produces amazing dogs.
