Yep, I have darker skin and it keloids when cut (I had surgery) and needs to be treated with cortisone shots. Also, if I get a pimple it heals darker. What pain. I have had some laser treatment for my face by an experienced doctor who works on darker skin and the results were good. Also, I had some strange age skin tags that were removed by a laser. It darkened a little at first but lighted up as soon as they healed. It can be a crap shoot for those of us with darker skin.
