I bought this unit by reading and comparing for months. I have ruptured both my triceps in different pressing accidents... so i know heavy lifting. Being that i am used to pressing 405 for reps I was very impressed with this unit. The average or even well above average will find this unit heavy duty built and more than enough weight to use at home. Believe me..... this sucker is well built! Best lifetime warranty and value on the market!
