to get the what cat? atchievment you just need to use the mini teleporter while they are talking about the cat

for the first 2 achievements you can save right after picking up the can before making a decision what to do with it and if you throw it at the guard first you don't have to run away to load the game save. :-P

just to help anyone who would care. you can get two points achievement by standing directly under the hoop and shooting it up. it should come right back down through and you can get it that way.
