Marshalette Wise - Cultural Understanding - Between Western Culture & Korean Culture

This video was done by the Cultural Understanding Elective Module Class that I teach at Gyeonggi-do Institute for Foreign Language Education (GIFLE) in Anjung-eup, South Korea.

The 2nd Secondary Session Korean Teacher Trainees (June 4, 2010 - July 2, 2010) along with the help of some of the Native English Speaking Teacher Trainers demonstrated some common cultural misunderstandings that can arise when Western and Korean Culture at times interact without understanding the other's culture beforehand. Some of the teacher trainees as well as teacher trainers also talked briefly about some of the culture shock they have experienced.
