Video Transcript: Well my concerns were - could they move all the servers? Could they get the equipment moved at the right time, to the right place, within the window that we wanted them to move it? And they had expedited services, get it there as soon as possible, so that we could get our customers back up and running as soon as possible. They were able to do all that, and they did a great job! The capacity the moving company has, and the experience that they have - so what experience do they have at moving a data center? What experience do they have in moving not just office furniture, but confidential records, or sensitive records. And it's good to have a mover you can work with who's able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. To stick to a schedule but be flexible enough to say "well ok, something over here changed, so we'll alter our approach so that we can still achieve what you need to in time. We're a moving partner for the company, making sure that we're helping them achieve the goals that they've set up. Because obviously there's a goal when you decide to move from one facility to another. It's our job to help you meet that, in particularly, being on time, sticking to commitments - but then the other side to that is, sometimes things change and it's good to have a mover you can work with who's able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. We have more personnel and more equipment that we can put to the job if need be. knowing the right questions to ask, understanding how everything fits together, being able to say "this is how many people we'll need, this is how many trucks we'll need, this is how much moving equipment we'll need," so that we have it all ready to go, and in the right place when the actual move takes place. And then having the resources that we do - the equipment, the trucks, the people and the commitment to delivering on time. My favorite thing to hear is "you told us what we needed, we picked
