This is a 99 2v Mustang GT after a bunch of new mods: Cobra shortblock, Vortech T-trim, TFS 2v heads, Reichard intake, T-56 tranny and a bunch of other stuff. This run was an 11.1@128mph with a 1.54 60' time. Tires are 28" ET drags, rear end gear = 4.10, boost = 18-19 psi at 6800 rpms.

Best ET so far = 10.75@134

Compared to my earlier 0-130 MPH video, it looks like I am reaching 120 mph one second sooner. Timeslip is here:

  • Your videos are badass man some of the best blown 2v videos on youtube. You make me want a T-56 so bad. Thumbs up for being a good driver and hitting those powerlevels on the stock bottom end.

  • @Broncofivepointslow Thanks. In my other videos the shortblock was stock, but in this video I put in 03-04 Cobra shortblock to handle the extra HP. I do not consider myself a good driver though. With the 130-134 mph trap speeds, I should be running much faster than high-10's/low-11's. An automatic transmission would fix that. It will be my next mod, if I decide to keep going with this.

  • where are you located who works and tunes on your car?

  • @cbeck611 I'm in MD, but I go to Dillsburg PA to get tuned. The tuner's name is Dave Guy.

  • @DcEvoIX Yeah, it was a great car, 120k miles, and still ran 11's with 5-6k clutch drops.

  • @TGarzarel oh nice I had an 03 evo also it's my favorite 1 of all no electronics holding you back I can launch it how I want or take a turn as hard as I want and the car just loves it don't know why they added all the other ayc and stuff after I guess they wanted more girl drivers lol
