Actually alot of people pick it up that quickly,i think partly because it becomes so addictive so your doing it all the time.me and people i know have been able to do those tricks and more in the same time and less. if you havent tried hooping yet try it and you might pick it up that quick too. If you already have tried it and havent picked it up quickly, well too bad...don't hate on people who can!!

how big is you hoop? and what weight?? please answer. i just dont know if i can do tricks like yours with my hoop. your performance is cool! i wish i can do this one day :) i am new hooper but i love this!!!

i've never really measured... i usually make my hoops so that when you turn them on their side, they reach to above my bellybutton, but below my sternum... it's probably about 3 and a half feet in diameter.....i don't know if that helps :) it's made of pvc irrigation tubing, and i don't know what the weight is... keep working at it and i know that you'll be able to to do this!
