It looks casual because she is filming. When she was at the club she rolled up her top. I think it's just a way of getting out of the house, without your parents thinking that you're going to the club.

@makeupfirst Actually, I, and my parents themselves club on occasions but at the same time they also expect that I am conservative when I go out. They were fine with my outfit because it wasn't too "showy". I also didn't know what the theme was until after filming and posting it, otherwise, i would have filmed it with my shirt rolled up showing off my "fake hello kitty tattoo". At the same time, the outfit can still look cute, fun and flirty. :)
