rebelfrak here. i agree with you (chucklounge). i personally think that youtuber is baiting responses, trying to provoke emotions. it's clearly evident that the BART officer shot and killed a handcuffed, unarmed man - that's murder. i also have noticed that they (the media, attorneys) are leaving out the fact that he was handcuffed. that would REALLY place mehserle AND peroni in very bad light.

Normally I dont get into the debates on youtube however this last comment really amazed me. Either this person
(d2146498) is a cop, a racist or just plain out blind as a bat if they cant see this CRYSTAL CLEAR UNCUT CASE OF PURE MURDER!!!!! no matter how you slow the film down, frame by frame pixel by pixel it will show this currupt cop KILLING this young kid in cold blood and the more you slow it down the more its obvious this cop felt he was above the law.

What testimony would he have given? What strong evidence proving his innocence are you referring to?
I'm not trying to be argumentative, I really haven't heard anything about this expert.

The judge refused to listen to the expert testimony that exxonerates Mehserle....because he knew that he would have been forced to dismiss the case had he done so. Because of that, there is about 100% chance that Mehserle will be able to have any verdict handed out, set aside, on appeal due to judicial misconduct.
Realistically though, no jury is going to convict him because there is such strong evidence proving his innocence.

Yeah, Mehserle will most certainly walk, one way or another. The evidence clearly shows he is innocent and he should never been arrested, let alone sent to trial. The judge already did something so inappropriate that this will be dismissed on appeal, in the highly unlikely event they manage to get a conviction. He refused to listen to the expert testimony that shows quite clearly that Mehserle is innocent of any crime, when you break down the film, frame by frame. A jury will see it though.
