I live in Ft. Lauderdale and I have to drive through Golden Beach (A1A) all the time for work. And let me tell you these cops in this "town" are COMPLETE dicks. The speed limit is 35mph and if you are going 37mph they WILL pull you over and write you a ticket. They are funded by all the SUPER rich people that live in Golden Beach who tell them what to do. I have seen the Golden Beach PD block the road for 30+ minutes while some rich asshole unloaded his fountain statue at his estate.

To let you know, you don't have to give consent to record someone if the video/audio is going to be for private(nonbroadcast) use. Most people that do use video/audio recordings that need to give consent do like, "Is it okay for you to be on record for this?" and "You don't want to tell other people that may want to hear your reasonning behind this subject?" It is a little reverse-psycology to get them to perform and consent to being recorded.
