Dogs Sharing A Snack

Dio (shepherd mix), Dexter (Pit Bull mix), and Ryder (Dachshund) sharing a snack of peanut butter. The peanut butter is an ingredient in my home made dog treats, and I felt bad for teasing the boys with the yummy smells. Dio was abandoned at the shelter with his mother and siblings. He was the last dog out of the bunch to find his forever home because he was considered shy and unmanageable. Dexter was a dog saved from death row. Look at him now! He is proof that pits aren't killers if raised in a good home.

@kaliapoo It's all in how they're raised. Looking at them you wouldn't think the Pit (Dexter) is a former bait/fight dog. He's completely turned around, and I now use him to help me rehabilitate other aggressive dogs.

yea pit bulls are amazing dogs i have a husky i dont know why people are so scared of dogs mouths i put my fingers in my huskies mouth all the time and he doesnt dare to bit me

@kaliapoo They do that too...lol. They love giving kisses. The pit mix is a former bait fight dog who had severe dog aggression and resource guarding issues. I made this video to show his progress...he's come a long way from when we first brought him in.
