@memonk11 Vaccines are not one single batch produced once. They are produced in different laboratories over time. Vaccines have varying levels of quality control/safety control. 'Cheap' vaccines in Africa are well known in the field, unlike in Western countries where safety controls are enforced. Additionally the immune response of the host is involved, plus genetics. For example a small number of people are immune to HIV entirely, these are referred to by scientists as 'elite controllers'.

@memonk11 That is not true, The vaccines that are being blamed for this were only used in Africa, And the vaccine that's being blamed is the Polio vaccine that was made in Africa, with chimp kidney's, so they say.... personally I dont know, it very well could be the case.

@smithdsmit I think you are totally wrong, the numbers have not been inflated, Shit there's like 15 to 20 million AIDS orphans alone all over Africa, all the rich country's around the world, there is no reason why they all can't band together and help these people with both of the problems that people on the Continent of Africa face, hunger, Thirst, and AIDS that's just my opinion though

I bet if we took the money spent on aids relief for africa and used that money to provide clean food and water/prpoer sanitation. we would save far more lives in africa.im not saying we shouldnt help people with aids but i think the number of aids cases in africa have been inflated.we seem to be willing to send millions in the name of aids and little for just treating povery related issues like lack of clean food and water
