KLM Multi-2700 2m Multi-Mode Transceiver

A brief introduction to the KLM Multi-2700 2meter multi-mode transceiver with 10m FM receive. This radio is from the early 80s, and was designed for multi-mode 2meter operation and OSCAR Mode A (2m uplink, 10m downlink). This radio has very unusual feature: it has both a synthesized (with digital readout) and an analog VFO. An excellent radio for its time, it still works well.

I have a Multi 2700 that I won at a hamfest in the late 70s. I can't recall ever using it though! I still have it packed away upstairs.
