Very Nice tank! Is it a picotope? However, Is there a reason you have a bubbler? I believe you plants should be adequate... You might even think of putting c02 in it too. Check out my nano cube if you have the chance. I have RCS too.

you dont gotta waste 2 feet dedicated to shrimp. i think its better to enjoy them in a small 3-5 gallon. but nice tank though.
