Back Set
A skill for the advanced players.
1. Move under the ball and position the ball to drop in front of your forehead
2. Form both hands up in front of your face with a triangle, thumbs and 4 fingers apart
3. Stay low as the ball drop, make contact as close to your face as possible
4. At contact, push your arms and hands out hard until the ball left your hands
5. While pushing, push arms up and a little backwards to make the ball go to the back
6. Make sure both hands are soft and make contact with the ball at the same time
7. Do not rush to contact the ball, wait for the ball
this is a nice video. i think the reason why i "over" set the ball everytime i do a backset is because i tend to arch my back so much, when you just really have to extend your arms and push your legs forward.

I usually take a step into the ball wen I set.. I think it works a lot better then just putting one foot out..but that's just my method(:
