Good job Khadija, I loved the performance already, and thought "wow, the Gulf is so much in between Arabia and Asia, culture-wise, taking some of the African Arab style of dancing, yet incorporating Asian hand movements like from Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Persia". and then the lady elaborated on this :)

rare to see autenticism and knowledge as opposed to myth and fantasy in Western emissions on bellydancing!

I love this, I have turned my sister dancers, on to your style. I was in Egypt and danced with many Nubians. I died and went to heaven. I felt like the real me!

Sometimes I wish I did not come home! The dance there was joyful, spontaneous and beautiful!!

im khaleeji and she is the closest in you tube to our dance but needs to relax her moves a lil..make them look more Spontaneous...ironically,,the band singing are called "miami" :D
