hey guys I'm livining in Munich this river is called "Eisbach

PS: on the sign in the end off the video you can see that it isn't allowed to swim or surf in the river, because you could die!^^

People have been surfing there since 1972.

... and in spite of the sign surfing (but not swimming) is now allowed by the municipality.

The river is called "Eisbach" (ice creek?). It's in downtown Munich.
