Coming to the End of Yourself

The only way that you will ever begin to depend on Christ is to come to the end of yourself. As long as you maintain your independence or dependence on other people, you will not fully yeild yourself to Him.

Co-Pastor Gail Perry delivered this powerful message about coming to the end of yourself. She used the account of Elijah and the widow at Zeraphath. The woman was down to her last oil and meal, but she obeyed the words of the prophet. The outcome; her meal barrel and her cruise of oil were constantly filled by God's divine power until the famine was over.
